As an Irish registered nurse who came to work in Sydney on a working holiday visa I could not recommend Healthcare HQ highly enough.

I worked initially with HHQ as an AIN and particularly appreciated the work in various ward settings including acute, sub-acute and aged care facilities. With this experience I was able to build on my basic nursing training and improve my overall nursing skills. HHQ also provides great flexibility and regular shift offers.

Best employer so far! Worked with HHQ for 2 years as an undergraduate nurse in an AIN position, gradually progressing from aged care facilities to rehabilitation and acute private hospitals.

The whole experience was great. I can’t think of anything to complain about. There were always plenty of shifts and the payrates are well above average. Angela, Jay and the team are very professional and understand when the shifts which are offered don’t suit your schedule and they try hard to allocate shifts to suit their staff availability.
