Established in 2014, Healthcare HQ understands the complexity of nursing and strives to provide a safe and healthy working environment for our nurses.

Many of our Head Office staffing consultants are also registered nurses, so they’re right there alongside our nursing staff, understanding and appreciating what they encounter – both the joys and the frustrations – and supporting them along the way.

This in turn results in a win-win as far as we are concerned as there is no greater value in offering our staff work that aligns with their passion.

As part of the hiring process, we conduct face-to-face interviews in an approachable and friendly manner, ensuring that we understand each applicant’s skill set, strengths and what they hope to achieve. We take the time to listen to each applicant’s preferred area of nursing and where their heart lies.

We keep open lines of communication with our staff throughout their employment and feel proud of the relationships we hold with our current and growing team.

We like to think that we’re all in this together! We go to bat for our staff and are there to back them all the way. Remember that many of us within the office team have been there in our nurses’ shoes in our previous lives…
