The Healthcare HQ team provides a wide range of nursing and healthcare expertise, allowing us to service all healthcare areas from public and private hospitals to doctors’ surgeries as well as aged and community care. We supply nurses on an agency, contract and permanent basis.

We offer a wide range of shifts across the Sydney Metro area which allows staff to gain experiences in different areas and enhance their skills on the job. Staff are allocated shifts based on their ability and experience which also in turns allows them to expand their skill set even further.

All staff are supported by our HHQ team and are paid well-above award wages.

Founder of Healthcare HQ and the core of the team! Angela oversees the operation of the business and manages the team in a very “hands-on” manner.

With her warm personality and nursing experiences, Angela understands the needs of the clients and the staff and allocates shifts that suits both parties.

Angela has paired her many years of experience in the recruitment field with her years of experience as an RN in the hospital environment and beyond. This has given her the perfect combination of skills to provide staffing services to the specialised nursing and healthcare industry.

Healthcare HQ is not the largest nursing agency in the market (and nor do we aim to be). Angela and her hand-selected consulting and administrative team provide a more personalised service to both nursing staff and clients. This “hands-on” approach is one of which we are proud and certainly one that we believe to be a significant point of difference to that of our competitors.


Jay oversees and manages all things administrative as well as supporting the induction of all new recruits to the team.

She will be able to give you a complete rundown on what needs to be done when you first join and direct you to the correct person if you have any questions throughout your employment.

Jay is our trusted “troubleshooter” and manages all administrative aspects of our business from overseeing the timesheets, approval process, through to staff competency and e-learning compliance.


Will supports Jay in managing staff wages.

This includes reviewing and approving all staff timesheets identifying any discrepancies and ensuring all staff are paid correctly and promptly. We enjoy Will’s sharp brain and his youthful enthusiasm!


Christine is our administrative support champion.

She ensures that all new staff have provided all of the correct employment check document requirements as well as completion of modules, competencies, e-learning, immunisations, and other necessary industry-specific requirements. Our staff enjoy Christine’s warmth & professionalism as she navigates them through the on-hire process from the moment they walk through the door right through to completion stage. Christine represents our brand & values with pride and we’re lucky to have her !


Ella provides rostering support to our clients.

Her careful selection and allocation ensures the best staff are seamlessly matched to each role. Our clients are continuously impressed with Ella’s approach thanks to her impeccable organisational and administrative skills and her constant professionalism. Ella’s warm and caring nature makes her a delight to have in the office.


Kim's rostering skills are nothing short of efficient and accurate.

She’s a fantastic listener and really understands the needs of our clients resulting in the best allocation of our staff’s strengths and skills. She holds a strong work ethic with a knack for multitasking, never missing a beat. Being composed and professional, our clients enjoy working with Kim as much as we do.


Emily is the creative backbone of Healthcare HQ. She manages our marketing, social media and new staff acquisition and retention campaigns.

Having completed her Bachelor of Communications (Media Arts and Production and Creative Writing) she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to help us attract and keep new quality talent. Emily is also currently studying a Diploma in Languages (French Language and Culture).
