The Healthcare HQ team provides a wide range of nursing and healthcare expertise, allowing us to service all healthcare areas from public and private hospitals to doctors’ surgeries as well as aged and community care. We supply nurses on an agency, contract and permanent basis.

We offer a wide range of shifts across the Sydney Metro area which allows staff to gain experiences in different areas and enhance their skills on the job. Staff are allocated shifts based on their ability and experience which also in turns allows them to expand their skill set even further.

All staff are supported by our HHQ team and are paid well-above award wages.

Angela brings over 30 years experience in both the healthcare and recruitment sectors and now as Director, she has oversight of all Healthcare HQ operations and strategic direction while ensuring quality and standards are upheld.

Prior to establishing Healthcare HQ almost 10 years ago and while working as a Registered Nurse within high acuity specialty areas, Angela identified the need for a professional and organised agency within the market capable of matching the skill sets required of both clients and nurses.

Angela and her team today pride themselves on the excellent reputation that they have built within the industry and enjoy servicing their client base of diversified and high-quality multiple parent healthcare providers plus individual hospital and aged care facilities.

Angela is supported by a highly experienced Operations Manager who oversees the daily operations of the business ensuring efficiency and productivity of the rostering, finance and administration teams.

Jay is the backbone of HHQ and the glue that holds us all together! As Operations Manager and Angela’s right arm, Jay knows the business inside-out. She oversees the rostering and payroll team and keeps every aspect of the business running like a well-oiled machine. Jay also makes sure that HHQ’s high-quality standards are always on point. With her amazing skills in efficiency and productivity, she is able to keep everything moving smoothly while still making sure that every little detail is on par.


Natalie brings the creative flair to Healthcare HQ, managing all things social media as our Marketing Media Coordinator.

Having completed her Bachelor of Design in Product Design and currently undertaking her Bachelor in Animation Production, Natalie brings forth her expertise & knowledge on all things communications and design. She works hard to promote the HHQ brand, attracting new quality talent to the business and constantly engages with a multitude of people through all social platforms.


Christine is our administrative support champion.

She ensures that all new staff have provided all of the correct employment check document requirements as well as completion of modules, competencies, e-learning, immunisations, and other necessary industry-specific requirements. Our staff enjoy Christine’s warmth & professionalism as she navigates them through the on-hire process from the moment they walk through the door right through to completion stage. Christine represents our brand & values with pride and we’re lucky to have her !


Meet Preeti, our talented Rostering Coordinator who handles all things rostering with ease.

Preeti is a master at anticipating client needs and matching the right staff member to the right role. With her exceptional organisational skills, she is always a step ahead, ensuring our clients receive the highest quality service.

Her attention to detail and ability to pre-empt situations make her an invaluable member of our team. We know our clients appreciate Preeti’s commitment to excellence.


Kristina is a detail-oriented payroll professional, and our resident numbers whizz!

As the staff timesheet reviewer and approver, Kristina meticulously checks for any inconsistencies to ensure all our staff are paid accurately and on time. Her expertise in payroll management has been invaluable.

 She is currently studying accounting part-time to further enhance her skills and knowledge.


Jecky holds the fort for HHQ's after hours shift scheduling and does so with great pride

Jecky holds a strong work history in the healthcare industry within administrative & staff rostering capacities and understands all too well the challenges of managing casual staff around their busy schedules.

He impressively does not leave a stone unturned while problem solving for client staffing shortages and his patient and supportive nature promotes positive communication and relationship building with clients, staff and colleagues.

Natalia is a key member of our team ensuring that all of our newly appointed staff are compliant with their registration and onboarding requirements. Natalia’s meticulous approach helps with establishing and maintaining a high level of accuracy of all document keeping.
